Right Brain Productions is one of just a handful of Iowa-based theatre companies committed to paying ALL of the theatre artists involved in its productions – from the actors and musicians on stage to the designers and crew members behind the scenes, everyone receives a fee for their time and talents. And because Right Brain Productions does not have a permanent home or full-time staff, expenses quickly add up for such things as venue rental, equipment rental and purchase, and marketing.

Expenses for the combined productions of CAUCUS! THE MUSICAL and UTOPIA – THE IOWA MUSICAL REVUE are projected to exceed $80,000; ticket sale revenue will only cover approximately 2/3 of these expenses. Therefore, it is vital to secure additional financial support from the community.
